James Rooney

Chief Executive Officer and Founder

James is one of Beaucastle Rooney’s founders and is the current Chief Executive Officer of the business. He graduated with an LL.B honours and a Dip.LP from the University of Glasgow before joining Systech Infrastructure as a paralegal, then consultant in their London Office. After a year, James moved to Canada to work on the Metrolinx Infrastructure project described under the “Our Work” page. Upon returning to the UK in the summer of 2024 James decided it was time to establish his own consultancy, giving birth to Beaucastle Rooney.
